How to Order Our Photo Birth Announcement Labels

date, time born, weight, length, and parents' names in the boxes provided.

4. Process the order.
5. Write down or print out your order number.
6. Return to this page and click on the e-mail address for our
design department.
7. Attach your photo to the e-mail. Include your order number for proper
identification.
