CD by ME prices are stated  with each item.  Quantity discounts are available and are listed with the item prices.

Shipping prices are based on the total price of the order and are as follows

All orders are shipped Priority Mail. 

Rush orders are shipped Express Mail. To place a Rush order, check the Rush Order box on the order form.  There is an additional $20.00 charge for rush orders.
